		<description>I have never been ill in India, but I have many friends who had the same stomach experience you had, Katie.  It&#039;s usually the water.  Even cooked foods that come in contact with water can make you ill.  Yogurts, vegetables, etc. have to be avoided except at the best restaurants.  So glad you are well!</description>
